How long is the processing time?
Processing time is usually 5-10 business days, depending on order volume and customisation. Snowglobe tumbers require additional time as a de-gassing process is required.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade and customisation nature of my products, I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES unless the item arrives damaged. if damaged, please send us an email with a clear photo within 48 hours of delivery and compensation will be provided.
How do i care for my cup?
All cups should be HAND WASHED ONLY. Do not soak, scrub the design or place in the dishwasher or microwave. STAY AWAY FROM DIRECT HEAT ( no hot drinks )
How do i order a custom cup?
Simply choose your cup! checkout and the rest will be done on TIKTOK LIVE. We will your desired wrap and glitter colours.
